The dishes we serve at Ziwa have been carefully selected by our chefs. They have been chosen to offer a range of locally sourced meats, vegetables and fruits. Because we use local and seasonal ingredients, our menu is constantly evolving. Therefore, please note that some of our dishes may not be available when you visit. Please ask a member of staff during your stay about the availability of particular dishes. Alternatively, send us a message before you arrive if you have any questions about the food that we serve.

Chicken Maryland
Shallow fried breaded chicken breast packed in a spice rub. Served with seasonal vegetables and your choice of side.
